The key benefits: actual repair frequencies, and not just dots, promptly updated four times a year, and not just once.
The way the survey process works: we send out an email each month. If you had a repair the previous month, report it on the one-page survey. No repairs? Then just report an approximate odometer reading at the end of the quarter--this takes most people 20-30 seconds.
