1996 850 turbo will not start

1996 850 turbo will not start

The car sat in the driveway for 2 weeks was working fine before vaction. Came back went to start car and would not catch. The car turned over just would not catch. Had it towed to mechanic who has worked on it for years. He has replaced crank and cam sensor..he does not want to keep throughing parts at it..as I am trying to sell it. The car has no spark or fuel. Can someone point us in the right direction..Thanks...in advance...

Fuel pump relay?
