V90 1997 bumper cover. How to remove?

Hi everyone. Has anyone got any advice as to the best way to remove the front bumper cover of a V90?
Also any ideas where to get a refurbished replacement in the UK?
I have already tried some of the scap yards I know but being bumbers they tend to be a bit marked.

Bumper removal:

What is wrong with the existing cover? Some damage can be repaired.

For a search further afield than your local scrapyards try: http://www.partsgateway.co.uk/

They do not supply parts but will send your requirements to several used and new parts dealers who will contact you direct. A good service with reasonable prices.

also the parts site is great, I had 2 covers offered within the hour.

You are welcome. I am glad The Parts Gateway was up to its usual high standard.

The instructions came from the VADIS disc which is available on eBay. Cheapest on the UK site to save you searching other countries.
