Okay, I know Volvo's are safe and all, but I'm going through a new bulb for my low beams about every 6 months. This is ridiculous. I checked the manual and it says "have your dealer turn off the day time running lights" which of course will cost me an arm and a leg.
I checked the fuses in the inside door, and I have two locations for left and right day time running lights and says it needs a 10 amp fuse. Both of these locations don't have a fuse at the moment. Do I need to install the fuses to get the daytime running lights to turn off? Or how do I do it?
2004 V70 (non turbo)
Thanks for your help

No, you really need to have a dealer turn them off, it's the only way!
If you're there for a service or repair, you should be able to make a deal to have them turned off for nothing as there is no new software needed and it takes all of 3 minutes on VIDA
