Gas cap cover does not unlock, 2004 XC70

This is a really greta site, glad that I found it.

I feel like a dope since I bot the 2004 car used without a manual. There must be a fuse that controls the release button and activates the latch on the gas cap cover.?

Fuse #8 in the cargo compartment fuse box.
