How do you install a new serpentine belt?

Same engine, different body, so some differences might be there. I just don't know if/what they are.

I'll add to MIJ's post that I took a 14mm wrench and cut off the open end. Used the wrench with a 24" extension (1/2" pipe) and some bungie cord to pull the tensioner to full release, then just put on the new one very easily. Release the bungies, take off the wrench and you are DONE!!!
