Volvo S60 T5 2004 Dash Vibration

I am looking for some help in identifying the source of a annoying vibration inside the dashboard. The sound is coming from behind the fuel gauge. It sounds like a spring that has sprung and only occurs with driving on rough paved roads.

I am looking to see if this is common and how to fix it.
