C30 forum created and Volvo Repair Database improved

Two days ago I created a Volvo C30 forum for our C30 owners. I don't expect much traffic in it now, but we don't want to exclude our C30 brethren.

I finally made the Volvo Repair Database 100% dynamic, meaning when a Moderator or I adds a repair, it's included in that list immediately. In case you didn't know, new VRD items automagically appear on the Home page as well. :-)
