Hi,
New to this forum. I like what I read. I have a problem and need some help. I just purchased a 2000 V40 1.9T wagon 117,000 miles and have many problems that I was not aware of. There is an adjustment screw on the back of the headlight housing that is broken and one missing. This adjust the reflective part inside the headlight. The dealer tells me that you must replace the whole assembly at a cost of over $300.00. Is there a fix for this problem or do I have to replace the unit?
Thanks
Kenny

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.
Do your headlights need adjustment at this time? If not, you can live without the adjusters.
Bill.
I hope you still do when you read this. The dealer is right. However, if you don't mind aftermarket replacements FCPGroton have the V40 turbo lights for $168.58. There is a link to their site at the top of the forum.I like what I read
