I created an ETM page. It's more for newbies, but it's a good introduction for those afflicted with the ETM fiasco.
As an addition to Don's ETM Room, I think it rounds out our ETM help offered here, and gives some background. If you have any modifications/fixes or additions to that page, please post them here and I'll make it happen.
