s40 No power to the R/H headlight

I have no low beam on the right hand side. I checked the fuses and they both have power, there is NO power at the headlight plug?? Where do I go from here??

You probably have a failure of the lamp control module. Located above the drivers left knee. It's a "black box" unit that contains all the headlamp relays on a circuit board. A very expensive part from dealer.
