I have not been able to find a vaccum leak in my 1999 v70xc.So I wanted to test my 02 sensor.I was at FCP yesterday and saw they had a 02 sensor testing unit. It's designed to test the sensor still on the car.Small hand held unit made by I believe "Topco".Basically a positive and ground wire setup. It says hook the positive to the outgoing wire on the 02 sensor and the black to any ground.Start the car and after a few seconds a light on the unit goes if the sensor is working.I wanted to know if anyone is familiar with this unit and if it sounds like a reliable way to test the 02 sensor?
Thanx

Unfortunately it's not really an "all or nothing" sensor- If Lee comes back on he can tell you the exact ohms or amps it should be reading if working properly. I'm just afraid the little tester isn't going to tell you enough.
