Does anyone know how to adjust the handbrake on a Volvo XC90.

These are the VADIS instructions for the manually adjusted brake. I haven't done this job myself but reading the instructions I think there may be a typo error at the second "Screw the socket clockwise". The arrow in the diagram shows anti-clockwise which seems to make more sense.
If your car has the self-adjustment which needs resetting post back.

This diagram is crap. it describes nothing like what is on my xc90 except for the graphical representation.
