Easiest way is to crack the bleeder screws loose and let the calipers gravity bleed themselves. Then when you feel that the calipers are full close the bleeder and have someone pump the brake pedal till it gets hard and have them hold the pedal and crack the passenger drive caliper bleeder and watch the fluid coming out. If no air bubbles are seen move to the drivers caliper and do the same thing.

hi
the bleeding procedure on these usually goes like this... since your replacing calipers air might and will be be in system, i would start by bleeding the furtherest point from brake master cyl, the rear passenger side caliper then the drivers side rear caliper , then the front passenger side and at last the front drivers caliper, its important that no air is left in braking system.
the brake pedal should be firm and not spongy
also verify the brake hoses that go in the front calipers for cracks or advanced usage, its a good time to inspect...

once bled it will be good as new

What really helps is having a Motive power bleeder, then you don't have to have someone depress the brake pedal. Conversely, you can buy a tool that hooks up to your reservoir here for $15 which is a great alternative: http://forums.swedespeed.com/zerothread?id=75183
