AC Problem

I have a 1991 Volvo 740. The compressor will not kick on. The compressor works (had tested), there's plenty of freon and pressure and I replace the ac clutch on the dryer. Does anyone know if this as a ac control relay? It's not in the fuse box with the other relays if it does. Help.

Here are the schematics for your car.
AC is on page 24 - please notice the 10amp inline fuse.
You can identify the relay under the hood by the wire colors in the schematic. I am afraid I am unfamiliar with the 740 so i can not tell you where it is.
