240GL 1988 Major oil leaks

Hi,
My 240 has developed a serious oil leak (the oil appears in the stone guard and then drains about 100ml after a 20km trip).
I have replaced the head gasket which didn't fix the problem, then the front oil seals but the same quantity of oil drains. I don't know where to look next, please help
