Any Fix For Rear Bumper Sag On '99 V70 XC AWD Wagon?

Any Fix For Rear Bumper Sag On '99 V70 XC AWD Wagon?

:?: :?: This seems to be a common problem on the Volvo wagons--the rear bumper sags and creates a gap of about an inch or two separation between it and the rear quarter. Does anyone have a fix for this? It looks like hell but I don't want to spend big $$$$ at a body shop to get it repaired. THANKS! :?:
