S60 2003 Electric window, indicators, boot, don't work

hi,

i have S60 2003 model Volvocar. the windows, indicators, boot, speed guage, oil guage, temperature and meter guages even nothing works in dash board. they stopped working three days ago. i have been to many mechanics and experts and spending money but nobody can sort this problem out. is there any idea what's wrong with it so that i can find it out and fix?

It could be the CEM. Do you have any blown fuses?
