2000 v40 leaking coolant

Apparently coolant is leaking from three hoses. seems excessive for three hoses to deteriorate at the same time, but... Do you have a diagram of this system? Can the hoses be fixed any way besides complete replacemtent?

If hoses are leaking, typically they have to be replaced unless it is a leak where they are attached and it's just the 0-rings. Hopefully the following diagram for your car's cooling system will help:
