XC90 2009 - Installing a roofmount LCD/DVD (non Volvo)

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, and a new owner of a XC90 3.2 AWD, purchased new in Perth, Australia.

I am contemplating of installing the above. However a quote from Volvo is $3200 plus. Ouch! After market quote from external installer is (with bigger LCD) is only about $1300.

The external installer is reputable but not sure if they have done it on an XC90. Just wondering if anyone in this forum have installed such unit via external installer and are there any issue after the installation.

BEst, if you are in Perth, and done one before without any problem, care to reccommend an experience one.
