WINDOW TROUBLES

I have a 2001 volvo S60, my drivers side window only work intermittently. only way to get it to work is to turn car off completley( by turning off and opening door to kill all power, and sometimes takes a few re tries) then it works again until I start my car again... repeat. any help would be great . took it to the dealer, to be reprogramed (calibrated) they said its the switch. this only happens for the drivers window, while the drivers window doesnt work the other 3 work fine. is it the switch or the window control module? i would think its not the motor because it does work fine when it does work. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say that they are right- you could try taking the switch out and cleaning the contacts... could be you're in for a new one- I doubt it's the control module (the other 3 work).
