2002 s60 rear bumper

how do i take it off? it's mostly busted off already because some @$$hole hit my parked car, but the large black plasitc mounting [under the foam] is still attached. I see what appears to be the heads of 4 bolts holding it on, but haven't been able to locate the nuts on the other side... please help!

This is the VADIS parts diagram. Most of the screws seem to be held in by clips as opposed to nuts.
