Replacement for 801 CD player?

Well, my cd changer bit the dust.

I was wondering if there's any audiophiles out there that have replaced or upgraded their units.

Any recommendations for models/manufacturers/installers?

I really loved the CD sound on the OEM, looking for something similar sounding or better.

Single CD player is just fine, think I've had all the fun I want with the multi-changers for now...
