I have to clean my sensors on the wheels every 20 K or so. When I do my routine maintenance I use a 10 mm wrench to remove the retaining screw and take the sensor out and wipe the gunk off of it. It seems to be more predominate on the front sensors.

'96 854 - died an early death with 184K miles. Killed by the front end of an LTD on a suicide mission (T-boned and both cars totaled).

I recommend to have it diagnosed at the dealer or at an independent mechanic that has the right reader. If it is the module unequivocally, visit this site: http://home.earthlink.net/~vicrocha/Vol ... 70_ABS.htm

This man, Victor Rocha, can save you a lot of money by repairing your module. I have dealt with him, REALLY worth it.
