What Year Head Will Fit A '99 V70Xc w/B5254T Engine?

My 99 V70 XC AWD threw the timing belt. Most likely the valves are bent and I'm looking for a good used head. I heard that the head from newer Volvos might fit. My engine is the B5254T 5 cylinder turbo. Can someone verify what years will work? THANKS!

I am looking for this type of info myself. I believe yours would be easier to find than mine. I am understanding that 99- have a distrubutor-less setup, and at some point variable timing came in. I have niether and that engine was only available 97-98. I have looked into getting a reman from Volvo. Its not cheap,but may be my only hope. I know there are some outhere, but haven't found it yet. I blew my head gasket,and may have warped mine. If you get any leads let me know.

Look at usedcarparts.com, you can search most junk yards in the country. I have a friend who does nothing but volvo repair, and may have a head.PM me if interested and I will get you in touch with him.
