Besides a Volvo dealer what is the second best place or places to buy parts online?

If you want the best price for blue box parts (genuine volvo) call Darrell Waltrip Volvo at 1-800-689-0021 and ask for Jamie or Don.
For after market parts FCP and eeuroparts.com (DO NOT buy any ScanTech crap unless you enjoy replace them monthly if not weekly).
For performance parts Ipd.

Not everything has to be OEM Volvo. Timing components for sure should be OEM. Same goes for Strut mounts and spring seats. control arms should also be oem, but I've had good luck with the APA/URO's that are on my wagon right now. Avoid Scantech or Hamburg-Technic control arms.

One of my new favorites is rmeuropean.com Some of their stuff is beyond cheap, and some of their stuff is competitive.

I still buy stuff from IPD, Fcpgroton and eeuroparts. Whoever has what I want at the cheapest price gets the business for that order.

AVOID autpartswarehouse.com, partsbin and any other company that they own.

I've had good luck with FCP Groton and IPD. I have to say that my experiences with autopartswarehouse.com have all been positive. They've given me the best prices I could find anywhere on genuine Bosch components (air mass sensor, O2 sensor, fuel filter), as well as ND Iridium plugs and a K&N air filter. Free shipping, as well. YMMV
