S260 turn signals

left turn signal flashed fast,right turn signal stopped flashing.Found turn signal fuse blown,replaced fuse right turn signal works,left turn signal flashes on dash,but does not flash on front side or rear. checked bulbs,socket on left side appears ok Now when i turn off ignition left front, side, rear,light stays on not flashing but just on bright. have to remove fuse to get lights to go out but then i have no turn on right. one of your forums stated to pull fuse 21&22 do you think this will work for me
