2003 XC90- Anti-Skid and Alarm Service

Post by exatatm »

Recently been having 2 error codes on my '03 XC90 with 72K miles. The codes are for Anti Skid Sevice and Alarm System Service. Took vehicle in for a diagnoses and got the following info:

Anti Skid Info:
Pulled Codes with VIDA
BCM-0090- Side Accelerometer Faulty Signal
BCM-0125- Side Accelerometer Signal Outside Permitted Range
BCM-0900 Code won't clear
Diagnoses is Faulty Active Yaw Control Sensor.

Alarm Info:
UEM-0004- Siren Communication Fault
UEM-0005- Sun Roof Comm Fault
Diagnoses is Faulty Alarm Siren

My personal experience with the alarm is that when the alarm trips the lights blink but no siren. Sunroof is totally operational. I assume in need a new alarm module and their diagnoses is correct.

I plan on doing this work myself and want to verify that this seems like the probable diagnoses before ordering parts. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance-
Justin
