96 volvo none turbo AC
my 96 850 the ac kicks on and off on for like 3 or 4 sec, then off and gain for like 3 or 4 sec, just keeps doing that all day long its not that its not full because it is full i did it my self is there a relay that could cause this ??

You indicated that the system is fully charged since you did it yourself. How did you determine that?
The auto parts store gauges can be quite misleading. They are only remotely accurate if the compressor is running full time. Your symptoms very much sound like you are still low on R-134A.
Elaborate on what gauges you used and and what the readings were.

thats what it sounds like but no its like 35 lb to 37lb i did it twice i dumped the system put it on the pump again and refill it iv dune many ac's all ways worked just fine but this one is being a b,,,so i was thinking it was a relay or something like that ,,thanks

Depending on the ambient temperature that is about right with the compressor running - it would be way low if the compressor is not running. Take a paper clip and jumper the low pressure switch and see what it does then. It could be a bad low pressure switch.
If it still cycles listen under the glove box to see if you can hear the A/C relay cycling.
