S80 2.0t turn signal switch problem

Hi! I recently purchased a 2000 .s80 2.0t.I had problems with the turn signal switch. Sometimes I had to switch it on twice or press or pull harder to get it work.So I decided to have a look at it.I removed it clean it (everything looked fine inside) and put it back. Now is not working anymore,not even the message button ! I removed fuses 21&22 put them back,I also removed the negative terminal from battery and put it back.No change!
Is there something else that could be done ?do I need to reset somethig??
