My turbo gauge is no longer working. I hear the turbo running but the gauge just doesnt move. All my other gauges work just not the turbo. just wondering how to fix it.

Have you taken the console out recently? I've heard of people braking the gauge accidentally while they were fixing the odometer or replacing bulbs.

I have had issues with the vacuum line coming off the vacuum tree. A zip tie helped keeped the elbow snug and it has not pop'd off yet.
You could hear the vacuum sucking air.
Maybe look at that or listen for a line that sounds like it is sucking air.

I did the odometer gear this weekend and the needle for the guage fell off on me. I put it back on,but it kept falling off after it was assembled. I pushed it on pretty good, but now the needle doesn't work. There is a little space between needle and ipc face. Anyone know what I ruined??

If you didn't remove the brass nut on the back of the boost gauge before you pried the cluster open then it came apart internally inside of the instrument cluster. Sometimes you can re-center it in its bearings and recover but if it completely broke you can't.
