I took my 850 to Kathy's several times 2003-2007 for various fixes and repairs including brakes, timing belt, Motorvac, and PCV cleaning (PCV Clean but Still Smokes, another PCV tutorial), during times I was living in a place without a garage.
I found them to really know 850s well. But like a user on citysearch.com who commented on Kathy's, I found them to get more expensive every year. In 2003 for instance, the charge for the broken door hinge weld was only $100. Given my bill in 2007 for the host of maintenance items listed above, I'm certain that repair would be much more today.
