Junk yard finds!!! What have you found!

Parts, Cars, Random objects that just dont make sense???!!!

Ive found plenty of good parts in the yard for my 850! ranging from speakers to blower motors!! and even 40 bucks!

My latest find!
2 Twitters *back doors* Valued at around 150 each of a few sites I found them on afterwards. Check the pics... I believe it was time for a new one. *but why stop at one when you could have gotten both!!!

only needed to replace one but I went ahead and changed out both, so I have one that is still good *original, 8 ohms 95w* if someone wants it. just PM me and well work something out, Im in florida.

According to that site, they wanted $146.28 for one, This is why I shop at auto yards.

I have not gotten anything at an espically good price, but right after i bought my 94 850, the junk yard got a 95 850 of the same color. Its too bad they wouldnt sell me the whole car, but my 850 had pretty bad body damage, and they cut off the metal i needed to get it fixed.

I have the clock spring and strap that goes under the horn of a '94-'95 850 if this is broken on yours and causing your airbag light to illuminate- it was pulled last year from an 850 at a junk yard thinking I needed one, but I didn't.

Just pulled a sc-710 radio guy gave it to me fore free since I'm there all the time. It would have been 35$ if he charged. My Volvo doesn't hav a stock radio an I really want to make it as original as possible.
Pulled from a 96 850. Going into an 96 850. I'll post a pic later of the radio

Anyone know the specs of this model radio? Like watt output.

junkyards can be great especialy when you walk in and its been a hard week or month for them, got the whole center console + leather arm rest for 20$ including the heated seats switches....got lucky that day, on some parts where there's a demand they are stiff, parts such as heater cores, wiper linkanges headlights etc...

its always good to have a few spares especialy for the weak links on these cars...

How do I know if it was an 850R or glt. I do not recall seeing the GLT part anywhere on the car. or a turbo mark.

maybe something in the VIN number could tell me?

Wouldn't be able to get till I go back to the yard. It's fine. I need the radio code. Because apparently the code card that was tapped to the radio has the wrong code.
Note: I pulled the radio out of the car. So idk how that happend.
Can I just provide the radio seriel number since I took it from a car to use in mine. To Volvo or a dealership. And get the code.
