tapping into cigarette lighter 2010 S80

Since Volvo moved the breakers from the left dash (when the driver's door is open), I'm struggling to find a way to get power under the dash for a GPS in the left corner.

I've managed to take off the panel just below the rear cigarette lighter, but don't see how to get to the wire behind the outlet. Can anybody explain how to do that (what I have to remove and how to remove it).
I don't want to run the risk of breaking any plastic.


Is there a better way or place to tap in? Alternatively I suppose could add a line from the trunk breaker panel, but I don't see an easy way to bring the wire all the way to the front. If this is better, please tell me how to hide the wire.
