S60 2004 Rear door power lock problem

2004 S60 2.5T. The rear passenger side door locks back up when the inside or outside handle is pulled. This only happens in cold weather and only this door. The car has power door locks. What can cause this?

I have a similar problem with my 2003 s60 2.4. For the past month when I unlock my doors they all unlock except for the rear passenger side whih only comes up halfway. When I go to open the door the lock will go back down, and fully lock itself.
Any thoughts would help.
