DTC code of ECM 91A7

Will this code alone allow a dealer to replace my ETM?
I have the original White label with the software updated. Some hesitation of car caused me to bring car into dealer last month to check out ETM. There were no codes, therefore no replacement.
Well now this code, ECM 91A7 is stored. The last visit cost $150 to tell me no codes.
I don't want to take the car in again at those prices to have them tell me that this code is not sufficient to replace the ETM.
