Repair manual

Post by alwx »

I have a 98 V70, and my wife has a 99 S80. How can I get repair manuals for these vehicles. Are the DVD's on ebay any good, I need something easy to understand with pictures

As far as I know there are no actual printed manuals for the S-V series cars. The Haynes 850 manual will get you through a lot of it. We have an 850 factory service manual here on the site that will also be helpful.

The ebay manuals are also helpful, they are pirated VADIS which was the factory service guide. They are extremely helpful with part numbers and diagrams but the repair instructions are lacking at best. They are, however, dirt cheap so they become another tool in the tool box for not a lot of money.
