V50 2007 Torque Specs and VIDA vs Haynes

Hi all - again
Glad you guys / gals are there!
Can any one tell me the torque specs of the oil fliter, oil drain plug (with new crush washer), and the wheels. This is a new car - to me - and as of now I have not yet purchased a manual.
As long as I have your attention and mentioned manuals - which would be better for repairs 1. Volvo VIDA 2008C for $94.00 or 2. Haynes Volvo S40 V50 Shop Manual Service Repair Book 05 06 07 for $39.00. Both on EBay.
With my last car I had VADIS which I thought was GREAT!!
