Recommendation for 2002 V70 Front Struts

My 2002 V70 needs new front struts (has done 145,000km). Should I stay genuine or are there better but cheaper options available. As any V70 owner knows, the car is a bit of a barge and I would be interested in a strut that could both stop the wallowing and yet retain the V70's smooth riding qualities. ?

I have always loved the Bilstein TCs if you want the ride to stay somewhat the same. If you want better handling, then the bilstein HDs would be best. You can find them at the link below.
