RPM Guage does not work and the engine light is comming on. Can you please advise what could be causing these faults and what is the diagnosis.

1-1-3 on port A-2 indicates a fuel trim limit. That code is normally caused by a vacuum leak and it is the source of your lambda light.

If your RPM guage isn't working, i'd say you have a bad rpm or speed sensor. Or possibly a bad connection witihin this system. I haven't encountered this issue as of yet, but I believe there is info on this site.

141 and 142 brake pedal position error. Got it. Trying to reinstall the sensor unit but cannot get the spring clip to snap on the the sensor. Have pushed quite hard to rear of car on sensor unit and still the big C clip thingy will not snap into place. Any thoughts? Maybe a new O-ring?
