94 850 front window not closing/seating properly

Hi List,

The front pass side window of my wagon doesn't seem to want to close properly. The back of the window stays a little lower then the front leaving a gap unless I rock the window closed going back and forth with the switch. I thought the problem was the window track seal felt thing which I replaced with a new used one. Spraying soapy water comes in handy getting the new one in BTW. And I fixed the little track (which had fallen) at the back inside the door but the problem still persisits. I'm thinking it might be an adjustment to the roller mechanism but I'm not sure. Anyone come across this?
