Air Con Fault Code

Hi there

Hope someone can help with the following problem on my Volvo S40 T5. (2004.5). The air con is not working. The fault code is CCM E001.

The blower fan is working however the air from the vents is not cold. The compressor has been checked and is in working order & the pressure of the gas is correct.

Would this be a case of reloading the CCM software?

Appreciate any assistance you can offer.
