Advice on used 2001 thru 2003

Post by jimsvolvo »

I'm in the market for a used/certified xc70, are the 2001's just as good as 02 and 03?

Heard the 99 thru 01 had some issues, is that true?

What is the approx. premium amount dealers put on a certified car's price? seems to be a good $2k to $2.5k

Any help on goods and bads would be appreciated!

Does this car use a timing belt or chain?

Thanks

Volvo AWD has had many issues.

The certified cars I have seen seemed very pricey.

It uses a belt.
