The parking brake uses a small drum and shoe setup on the inside of the rear rotors. A minor adjustment can be made to the cable by removing the inside bottom of the console storage. It should set firmly at between 5 & 8 clicks.

If more adjustment is required it is necessary to remove the rear wheels and adjust each set of shoes by rotating the "star wheel" inside the top of the rotor using a screw driver through the little offset hole provided in the rotor. The adjustment wheel should be threaded out to set the brake lightly and then backed off about 5 notches. Set the brake and release a few times to make sure there is no drag sound and adjustment is correct.

dosbricks, thank you for the information. I do recall the extra hole in the rotor and wondered what it was for......now I know.
