If the turbo was doing that, which doesn't happen often, you'd have a huge cloud of smoke behind you every time you drove.
It's possible for the radiator to do this, as it has both ATF and oil next to the coolant. Especially if you have not seemed to lost any antifreeze.
I would do a combustion gas check with the engine running. If you get no results there, do a compression check. This will rule out a head gasket.
If both of those check out, it's a fair bet to assume that your radiator has cracked and the fluids are mixing. Not a good thing, change all fluids as soon as you get a new radiator.

What exactly do you look for in compression readings to rule out a head gasket? I have a 96 850 turbo that lets steam out exhaust after driving 15 in, but conpression is even and 175-180 across all 5 cylinders.
