Window on-touch won't wind up

Hello,

Model: 2006 S80 AWD 2.5T

Its been a rough weekend for my Volvo!

My driver side windows has started playing up. It winds down ok, but when i try the one touch wind up it gets half way and winds down again.

It also does this within and inch of starting the wind up, so basically two places.

If i hold the wind up botton its fine, its just the one touch function that is having the problem.

1) Any ideas what the problem is?
2) Would it be covered by Volvo warranty?
