aircondition not cooling on hot days

Post by alicia919497 »

My air conditioning is not properly cooling....it only blows cool air out for about 5 minutes on hot days, and then the air goes from cool to like a fan not cool... on cooler days tempat about 68 and overcast it seems to cool longer. It also seems to do alittle better on low....but when it is hot, it only cools for about 5 min. Stopping and going does not help at all....Has anyone ever had this problem, if so what was it? I have a 2002 s60

Sounds like the AC clutch gap has gotten too large.

Have a look at this and the picture for how to fix it for free!
