My old 00 S80 had a missfire problem but the motor still could run, then I changed all the six spark plug this morning, the motor could not be started any more, just sounds like no fuel injected into the engine at all. Does somebody have an guess whats going on there please? Thanks a lot.

i haven't changed these myself in mine yet but i would say double check your connections then pull your battery terminals?

What kind of plugs did you change into it? Volvo's are very picky about the type and gap of plugs...you may want to double check. You might also try checking the spark; but i doubt all six could not getting spark simultaneously (it does have coil packs, right?) you might also have mixed up wires...does the motor shake and act crazy trying to start it? this has happened to me so many times.
I use the Bosch (4503) FGR7DQI Platinum IR Fusion Spark Plug, which has good review on amazon... actually the engine doent response I can only hear the sound from the starter. I remember the first time I turned the key, the engine was on for a while, but when I release the key, it stopped, and dont response any more....... I dont know if its the ignition coil issue cause its kinda hard to pull it out, but almost no resistance to push it in, dunno if its because of the vaccum or the contact between the coil and the plug

Take everything apart and do over with correct firing order, check plug gap if it can be gapped, check coil pack for spark, check wires for spark and check starter connections on starter to battery.

one way of testing for spark is to get a random spark plug that you know is good, pull one of the coil packs, and put the plug in it, grounding it to the block. having someone crank your car over for you would show if you had spark or not; i wonder if you have fuel pressure? You mentioned it seems like there is no fuel being injected into the engine....If your car is equipped with a schrader valve on the fuel rail push the pin in and see if any fuel comes out. good luck!
