740 wih a 940 engine Topic is solved

ok the engine is all ready in place B230FT but now the wireing ... as i've been told the 940motor has a few extras so t have to add some wires from the 940 wireing to the 740 .... but i have no idea what are they... has anyone done this beafore i so then maybe u can help me a little

The engines in the 940 and 740 are identicle, but the fuel injection system does differ, this is where the wiring will be different. The easiest would be to just use the sensors and harness from the 740, to use the 940 you will also have to chang ethe ECU (engine computer) which will also require using the 940 front wiring harness.
