trouble codes 2001 S80 T6

trouble codes 2001 S80 T6

I have a 2001 S80 T6, I pulled the trouble codes and came up with P0422 main catalyst efficency below threshold-bank#1, also P0432 main catalyst below threshold-bank#2, what are these, ant idea as to what the problem is, just bought this car with 175,000 miles on it.
